Functional Fitness classes at James O'Connor's Martial Arts & Fitness have an ever changing format that is sure to assist you in meeting your fitness goals, whatever they may be.
Incorporating all aspects of fitness (Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy), Functional Fitness classes will help you feel as good as you look.
With classes 6 mornings per week, 4 nights per week, beginner and advanced classes, we've eliminated the excuses! Try it and you'll be hooked!
